Mr Vegas is one of a few domains operated by Videoslots Limited (UKGC: 39380) and the offering it gives to bettors is decent.

The casino side of it is exceptionally strong with the depth of games being a class apart from most bookmakers, particularly a lot of those of a comparable size. With a really powerful filter that runs over the casino and live casino as well, there is a clear understanding of the end user, which is again a big tick.

The sports coverage is not bad either, albeit not as good as the casino. The range of sports is tidy whilst the markets underneath each of them are good too, with some live streaming offered as well. From a margin perspective, it comes in at a moderate 6.95%. Horse racing not being offered does see us mark Mr Vegas down.

The payment methods available are extensive too, and a live chat function is a positive as far as customer service is concerned.

About Mr Vegas

Mr Vegas is regulated by the UK Gambling Commission through the company Videoslots Limited under licence 39380. The Mr Vegas arm of the gambling brand was launched in 2020, giving them five years' worth of trading. Videoslots have been around longer though; they first entered the UK market in November 2014, whilst the company itself was formed three years earlier when incorporated in Malta.

Whilst Mr Vegas might not be what you would define as a household name, there will be some people who recognise the brand name. Mr Vegas has served as a back-of-shirt sponsor for Championship football clubs West Brom and Sheffield Wednesday in recent years, whilst also sponsoring snooker events.

Mr Vegas isn’t a brand that operates in isolation either. Videoslots, which is the name of the licence holder, operates as a sportsbook and casino under the same name and Mega Riches is another sister site of note.

Is Mr Vegas Safe?

Mr Vegas UKGC License: 39380

Mr Vegas is licensed to trade in UK markets under the parent brand Videoslots Limited (UKGC 39380). This means Mr Vegas is legally operating and bettors are safe to deposit funds and bet on their site.

Videoslots Trustpilot Rating: 3.2/5

With over 1,300 Trustpilot reviews, it is fair to say there is a reasonable sample size and a rating of 3.2/5 is pretty strong. Admittedly, it doesn’t immediately look that way with the more obvious stance being “average”, but there is required context here. Trusted bookmakers like bet365 can only boast ratings of 1.3.

The other big thing to note is the engagement Mr Vegas have on the review site. They typically reply to negative reviews in 24 hours and have a 100% response rate where negative reviews are concerned.

Has Mr Vegas Been Fined by the UKGC?

Mr Vegas’ owner Videoslots have been found in breach of their UKGC obligations on one occasion with their failings, which related to responsible gambling controls and anti-money laundering processes, having spanned from October 2019 - prior to Mr Vegas launching - and February 2022. They were fined £2m in June 2023 as a result.

We feature a dedicated section on Responsible Gambling, which details how Mr Vegas have addressed any gaps that were exposed in the Videoslots process during that period.

Mr Vegas Deposit Methods

The range of deposit methods available at Mr Vegas is one of the big positives for the bookmaker, with a host of options available to punters.

Standard methods like card payments are complemented by a host of more modern options such as Skrill, Neteller, Apple Pay, Rapid and more, whilst the terms attached to the vast majority of these methods are good too.

Minimum deposits are typically £10, which is not market-leading - with some accepting £1 deposits - but isn’t out of the way high either, with the maximum amount set at £1,000. The bulk of methods immediately release funds to your betting account too.

There is one minor thing to note when you come to explore the deposit options. You’ll face a grid full of brand logos, but some will not render correctly and instead show as white question marks in blue boxes. This doesn’t look amazing but the functionality still works.

Clicking on any of the icon boxes will bring up useful information about the payment method, including minimum and maximum deposit amounts and, in some cases, details on any fees and deposit timings.

Mr Vegas Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawal methods at Mr Vegas are initially limited based on how you chose to deposit, but your choice in that space is vast, meaning 99.9% of people will have no complaints with the options available to them.

As for timings, it claims to have a five-minute withdrawal timescale and our test came back at exactly that speed with the withdrawal initiated at 22:22, and the funds back in our bank at 22:27. That is quick, indeed one of the fastest we have tested.

It’s not all good news, though. The minimum withdrawal is more than the minimum deposit whilst you only get one free withdrawal per day. Neither of those things is the end of the world but they certainly leave a little bit of a sour taste on what is otherwise a strong withdrawal process.

Mr Vegas Sportsbook Review

If you are not a horse racing fan, then the sportsbook at Mr Vegas is pretty decent. Powered by the well-known provider Alternar, it offers over 30 different sports to wager on, including widely followed sports like football, left-field options like Aussie Rules and various E-Sports as well. The big miss, however, is the fact that it does not offer any horse racing.

Mr Vegas Sportsbook

If you ignore what it doesn’t do and instead focus on what it does do, then the offering is good, albeit not market-leading. Football is the headline sport. The fixtures covered vary from the Premier League, across all of Europe’s top leagues and far beyond, with coverage touching all four corners of the globe.

The strength of the football offering isn’t limited to the number of leagues covered, though. There are a host of markets that sit underneath those leagues, with the Premier League a decent example. There are over 200 markets available to bet on; with a bet builder functionality, in-play markets and some instances of live streaming, it’s hard to complain with what is on offer.

Mr Vegas Live Stream

From a layout perspective, we really like what Mr Vegas offers. The icons and menus are clean, clear and easy to navigate for users, whilst the market options within the sports are smart. You can toggle between drop-downs and scrollbars for certain bet types, which aids usability whilst search functions are good too.

Last but not least, the betting margins are far from a disgrace as well. At 6.95% in our tests, they come in marginally better than the average.

Mr Vegas Casino Review

The inclusion of “Vegas” in the site name Mr Vegas should give you an indication of the focus it places on the casino offering. It is something it does very well too, with lots to like.

The choice of games on offer is ridiculous with the options spanning into thousands upon thousands. Over 8,000 to be precise; that abundance of games is provided by nearly 200 different providers, meaning there is an excellent variety on offer as well as in respect of game type, game play and volatility.

The games on offer run across a host of different categories with slots, table games, jackpot games and scratches all available to punters whilst the brand names on offer are significant too. There are several “Big Bass” variations available to explore whilst “Starburst” and “Duck Hunters” are another couple of household names you may recognise.

That brings us on to the table game section of the site; here you will find different iterations of roulette, blackjack, poker, baccarat, craps and more.

A lot of those table game types crossover to the live casino section of Mr Vegas too where users can choose from a hefty 686 games. Pragmatic Play, Raw Live and Evolution feature amongst the software providers here with hit games such as “Football Studio” and “Crazy Times” available to play.

All of that stuff is great but our headline takeaway from the casino is probably the filtering and navigation. With the vast number of games on offer, it is imperative you can make the right selection for your needs and the filtering system in place allows you to do that with ease.

Mr Vegas Mobile App

In the here and now, Mr Vegas does not offer a mobile app for the UK market. This has to be taken as a negative especially since punters are spoiled with a plethora of very good apps these days. At the very least, the Mr Vegas website is mobile-friendly, allowing users to bet on the go.

That being said, we have had it confirmed that an app is on the way. We have been unable to pin that UK app launch to a specific date but with an app already live in Swedish and Maltese markets, everything would suggest it is likely sooner rather than later.

Mr Vegas Responsible Gambling

With Mr Vegas’ overarching brand Videoslots Limited having had their knuckles rapped in the past over their approach to responsible gambling, it is more important than ever to assess what options customers have available to them when choosing to sign up with the provider. We are pleased to say it is an area they appear to take very seriously.

There are a number of tools available for bettors to use, with options including the following:

  • Deposit limits
  • Loss limits
  • Maximum bets
  • Time outs
  • Self exclusion
  • And more

In addition to the hard tools, there is also plenty of information that aids users in identifying whether or not they might have challenges with gambling in a responsible manner and links to support services on the back of that.

Mr Vegas Customer Support

You can access the Mr Vegas customer support by navigating to the main menu and then scrolling down to the “Information” section. Here you will find various links to terms and conditions, privacy policy, game payouts and more, which are completed to an okay level; nothing more, nothing less.

Within this section though, you will also find a live chat function. This puts the customer service on offer from Mr Vegas into an above-average category. The “Vegas Chatbot”, which you have to navigate to speak to a human on the chat, is like an AI-driven FAQ but we just found it a bit annoying.

Within a couple of questions, though, you can get to a human where the service we received was prompt and detailed in reply.
