Rhino Bet was launched in 2021 and since it is owned by Playbook Gaming Limited, it features a design that many punters will find familiar. The design is usually not enough to decide whether to sign up or not, though, so our review will break down all the pros and cons you need to know about the bookie.

I would still categorise Rhino Bet as a new betting site, and as such it's perhaps not that surprising that the quality is up and down. The design is the best of all white-label sites on the market, in my opinion, and the addition of a bet builder has certainly helped a lot. On the other hand, the welcome offers are not great and there is a lack of good promotions.
The best bookies are miles ahead, truth be told, and it feels like more high-quality options are emerging in the UK as well. Therefore, sites like Rhino Bet risk falling behind a lot and I would thus not sign up to make the bookie my new home. Maybe to claim the welcome offer, but not much more than that.
Rhino Bet entered the UK market in 2021 as a result of the pandemic, hoping to build on the rise of online betting. Playbook Gaming Limited, known for providing its sportsbook and casino to other operators as well, owns and operates the site. This means that Rhino Bet has a very familiar look, with sister sites such as NRG Bet and Betzone.
Playbook Gaming Limited has a licence from the UKGC under account number 50122, so punters can be sure that everything is on the up and up. That being said, the licence is never a guarantee for high quality, only safety, and Trustpilot attests to this with a rating of just 1.8/5 stars for Rhino Bet. Unfortunately, the common issue that is account verification seems to be present here too.
Rhino Bet has a couple of welcome offers for new customers to pick from; one for sports and one for casino. We have certainly seen better sign-up deals in the UK, especially the casino one is quite poor, but they might still appeal to some punters. The sports one at least does not have any wagering requirements.

Despite operating several bookies in the UK, Playbook Gaming and Rhino Bet are behind the competition when it comes to payment methods. Only debit cards and bank transfers are accepted, and the minimum deposit amount is also set at £10, rather than £5 which many offer. Below, we have collected all of the terms at Rhino Bet.

Given that Playbook Gaming owns and operates the site, punters are right to expect a certain standard for the sportsbook. Indeed, the platform has been adopted by many and clearly has some perks, with the design standing out first and foremost. Compared to other white-label solutions, this is much more pleasing to the eye.
In terms of the coverage, there are around 20 sports available - a lower figure than most - and the market depth for each of these is very average. The football section has most of what you can ask for, including a bet builder, but there can certainly be more options for the latter. For example, player card was not available during our test.
On the horse racing front, there are meetings from several countries but live streaming shines with its absence. Speaking of missing, there are also no Esports markets and this is very disappointing for those who want to bet on CS2 or other games. The same can be said for political betting odds and TV specials, so the list is piling up.
The betting margins were okay when we tested them, at the very least, with an average of 7.16%. This is still higher than the best but certainly not too bad. Overall, one can see the appeal of Rhino Bet as a relatively new bookie, with a welcome offer to claim, but there is no reason to choose it over one of the more established sportsbooks.
New betting sites are notorious for not having adequate customer support. Punters are thus right to wonder about Rhino Bet's situation and unfortunately, it is not the best as email is the only way to contact the support team. There is no live chat, in other words, and from experience the email responses are not always super quick.

After using the site for a while all was okay. Deposit and withdrawals all good. But then tried to withdraw and kept saying failed. Finally managed to withdraw says processed but never received the money in the bank. Customer services are hard to get any replies from as all emails. Do not use awful.

Be warned Do not use this site. If you do have money in your account withdraw immediately and bet with another fits like Paddy Power Bet Fred or Sky Bet. The company is dishonest and totally untrustworthy. Only had an account for less than 3 days and it has been a huge battle to get my winnings
