BetDukes UK Sports Review (2024)
BetDukes is a new online sports betting site that just launched in the UK (December 2020) and is licensed and operated as a white-label solution under Progress Play Limited.
ProgressPlay Limited is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, but, it is not usually possible to get any information on the companies behind the brands that launch using PPL white label solution. But, it is important to note, that all ProgressPlay Limited brands charge a £2.50 processing fee for each withdrawal, and the withdrawal times are still far too long (7-14 days).
Unfortunately, there are several brands that PPL has licensed that we no longer recommend, including Swishbet and Betosino. But, it is too early to say anything about BetDukes yet. On a more positive note, we have seen several brands launch under PPL that have received good reviews such as 2kBet and BazingaBet.
We cannot confidently say that BetDukes is a trustworthy brand as it is far too early, but it is legal and licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. Below we will review the site, the sports betting product, the customer support, and welcome any player reviews in our comments section.

As BetDukes is a white-label solution operated by Progress Play Limited, a lot of users might recognise the design, layout and overall product on offer. But, PPL brands do not always offer the same number of sports & markets, and we have noticed differences in the betting margins too.
Fortunately, BetDukes is one of the better white-label solutions and offers over 30 different sports and a decent range of betting markets. But, there are still the same issues with navigation and building bets. It just takes far too long to find the right event, and even longer to find the betting market as they are presented in one long list instead of using quick tabs like other big betting sites.

Customer Support
Unfortunately, Progress Play Limited brands share the same customer support provider and it is far from perfect. As well as receiving a large number of 1-star reviews regarding poor support, we have also experienced below par support via live chat and email on different PPL brands.
But, it seems PPL are trying to improve their customer support and BetDukes's customer service is now open 24/7 instead of the shorter hours we have seen before.
BetDukes Conclusion
In conclusion, it is still far too early to judge BetDukes, but it is a "safe" and legal new betting site in the UK with a valid UKGC gambling licence. You will find a wide range of sports and markets, but average odds, and a frustrating design that is still too slow for building bets.

What a disaster. Company holding over 1000 of my money and refuse to answer specific questions I have sent them by email 6 times now. They havent responded to me at all on over a week and I cant access my account to get my money back. Refuse to provide complaints process. Very very shady and best avoided.

You really need to vet better with reviews. These are yet another progressplay book notorious for refusing delaying or in my case ignoring a withdrawal. This progressplay group is borderline criminal hiding by all these different names. It makes it impossible to sanction them. Avoid.

2.50 for a withdrawal is daylight robbery. All the verification they are now asking for the refund is insane. I dread to think how long this is going to take. They do state your withdrawal will be pending for 3 days in which time you can cancel. (Is this so I change my mind and decide to give them all my money) First and last time I bet with these.

AVOID AT ALL COSTSThe other reviews on here are clearly planted by Bet Dukes... Its a terrible betting house. Firstly a very basic disadvantagescam You have to pay 2.50 for withdrawal which is well hidden in sign ups and advertising. Outrageous.Also the sign up offer 20 free bet is a scam. You have to wager this free bet ten times successfully for it to even become withdrawable cash. This is a long and difficult process alone. Then after all that you can only withdraw 20 maximum (even if you made it into 500). Obviously you then have to pay the withdrawal fee of 2.50 so that becomes 17.50.Terrible and dodgy site AVOID AT ALL COSTS
