Coral Cash Out Explained

Coral Cash Out is the British betting brand's way of giving its customers control over their bets, allowing them to bank winnings before the bet has settled. There are two parts to this feature, more specifically Full Cash Out or Partial Cash Out, which means customers can either bank the full cash-out amount or just some of it.

As an example, let's say that a Coral customer has placed a £10 bet on Manchester City to beat Liverpool in a Premier League game by the scoreline of 2-1, with the wager made at 10/1 odds. This means a profit of £100 is possible from the bet. If City were to take the lead, it is likely that customers could get a decent full cash-out offer from Coral, guaranteeing instant profit.

However, the intriguing thing about Coral Cash Out is the chance to take a portion of winnings in advance while letting the rest of the bet ride, through the Partial Cash Out. This means Coral customers might be able to take home a small guaranteed profit from the bet, while allowing the rest to ride to potentially make more.

How to Use Coral Cash Out

Check out our step-by-step guide for how to use Coral Cash Out online below:

  • 1

Log in to Your Account at Coral.co.uk

If you are not a customer at Coral yet, you can use our sign-up link above to create an account and claim the welcome offer.

  • 2

Head Over to the ‘Open Bets’ Area

This is where all active bets can be found, and this is a great section not just for cash out but also to monitor your bets.

  • 3

Tap on the Bet in Question

If the cash-out feature is available for this type of bet, you should see an offer for cash out, though somestimes this is not visible if the team you backed is losing.

  • 4

    Tap on 'Cash Out'

Now, you should see the Full Cash Out and Partial Cash Out offers available. From there, you just need to follow the instructions to complete the process.

If you intend on using the cash-out feature, or at least suspect that you will, it is important to check that the market has the cash-out icon before placing the bet. If not, then cash out will not be available.

How to Cash Out Bets Made In-Store

If you have placed a bet in one of Coral's stores, you can also use the cash-out feature. However, you then need to head over to bettracker-stg2.coral.co.uk and enter the 7-digit code present on the coupon receipt. From there, you will find the necessary instructions on how to proceed, so this is almost as simple as cashing out an online bet.

Why Coral Cash Out Might Not Be Available

While Coral Cash Out is available for all customers, it might not be offered at all times. For example, you might be using a free bet that has certain terms and conditions, or the market you want to place a bet on is not eligible for cash out. The latter is common when betting on a more specific market, such as total shots on target for a certain player in football.

If a bet does not look as though it is likely to win, and the cash-out offer stands at £0, then it will not be available to cash out for an obvious reason - there is nothing to cash out! It is worth pointing out, however, that Coral offers cash out on most markets and that is partly why we have voted it as one of the best football bookmakers in the UK.

It does not just concern football, though, with other major sports such as tennis, horse racing and even the increasingly popular darts. Coral customers just need to make sure that the cash-out icon is present for the market in question, because then the feature will be available!
