Having a good mobile app can make a huge difference for customers when selecting a bookmaker, so it is paramount that operators get it right. With Kwiff, we must admit that it largely is the case, probably because it launched as a mobile-only brand initially.
As a new bookmaker, founded in 2015, Kwiff aims to provide an innovative experience in the bookmaking industry. Its app is a great example of this, with it being easy to navigate, whilst prioritising key features of the site.
Available on both the iOS and Android stores, the app boasts a fantastic rating with a heavy user base. On Apple devices, there have been more than 9,000 reviews, and the app has received a rating of 4.5 stars. Then, on Android, there is a slightly lower rating of 4.2 from just over 3,000 reviews.
This means the app boasts an average rating of 4.35, putting it among the best apps that we have seen offered to punters.

If you would like to find out how to register on the Kwiff App, you can follow our step-by-step guide below:
We used the Kwiff app to test the process and when you first open it, you will be given two options: ‘Get Started’ or ‘Login’. Tap the former and let’s begin!
The first thing you will need to do is enter your phone number, which will then be used as the main login. You also need to enter your email address before creating a username and password for your Kwiff account.
Following this, you will be asked to provide your personal information such as full name and home address. Make sure that the information is correct before tapping on 'Next', as this information is used for the account verification.
Kwiff also requests that you set deposit limits on the app as part of the signup process. Punters can set daily, weekly and monthly limits, which is something that we highly recommend to everyone.
Kwiff, despite having a lot of positives, does have a few negatives when it comes to payments, but that is to be expected with it not being among the best UK bookmakers just yet. Whilst the site does offer one e-wallet option, there are only four methods on offer, and the addition of more e-wallets and/or Apple/Google Pay would be appreciated.
Additionally, the £10 minimum deposit amount may be a slight frustration to some, as £5 is considered the 'norm', so to speak. Furthermore, the withdrawal speed could be a little quicker, even if it is not awful. Below, we have collected everything you need to know about deposits and withdrawals on the Kwiff app:

If you are new to the Kwiff app and would like some assistance with depositing funds, you can follow our step-by-step guide below:
If you register for an account through the Kwiff app, you will be prompted to make a 'First Deposit' through a pop-up box. However, for future deposits, you can use the ‘Deposit’ tab at the bottom of the screen, as displayed in the image below.
Once you have entered the cashier, you will be asked to choose your deposit amount and payment method. In our test, we deposited via a Visa debit card.
The final step is to enter your payment method details. In our case, we had to fill in the card number, expiry date, and security number before tapping the purple ‘Pay’ button.
If you are unsure about how to withdraw funds on the Kwiff app, you can follow our step-by-step guide below for some assistance:
To reach the withdrawal cashier, select the ‘Profile’ option in the top right corner of the screen, then scroll down the page and select the ‘Withdraw’ option under the ‘My Wallet’ area.
When in this area, you will be presented with the option to initiate a withdrawal request, and this screen in the future will also display your ongoing withdrawals.
Now, you will need to enter your withdrawal amount - in this case, we chose the minimum amount of £10 - and confirm your withdrawal method by tapping the method prompted to you.
Finally, tap the purple ‘Withdraw’ button. In our test, it took 12 hours for the money to reach our account via a Visa debit card.
The sportsbook, without a doubt, is the main thing of the Kwiff app, and this is easily noticeable from the get-go. When loading the app, a range of different sports are shown, with many others only a click away.
However, the big feature from loading the app is the Kwiff Boost monitor - when the heartbeat-like feature is more intense, there are more chances of boosts and in turn, greater value of those, and this is an instant draw to the site.
Like any product, betting or not, having your big selling point immediately - Kwiff Supercharge in this case - there to captivate is pivotal, and Kwiff does that superbly.
As well as this, the In-Play Events area is front and centre, meaning you can quickly place bets on live sports, if you see something that takes your fancy, which is always beneficial for punters.
Sports can be accessed directly from the homescreen, via the scrollable bar at the top of the screen. However, if you are looking for a specific fixture or market, you can use the search bar in the top left corner.
If you are looking to bet on football, Kwiff is a fantastic option; simply tap the icon at the top of the screen and browse the markets. In-play fixtures are displayed first, but you can browse games within the next 24 hours or by league via the top bar once again.
The markets themselves are quite good, and customers can find a great range of different match and player markets easily, in the match area section. Furthermore, specific players or markets can be searched, which is helpful, and we found that the odds were rather generous too.
This, therefore, is a huge help when creating a Bet Builder on the app. Like the rest of the app, it is very easy to do, and we can only speak positively about the experience of browsing and placing bets on sports.
Interestingly, there is a 'My Achievements' offer within the site, which shows your best wins and biggest boosts, which we found was quite a nice touch, as it is certainly nice to be reminded of big wins!
Finally, customers can also see popular bets placed, which is a nice touch, as well as seeing if people have had their bets supercharged, which is a nice tool to use if you want to see what boosts are on offer.
Despite having a Casino tab in the app, and actually displaying some casino games on the homescreen of the app, there is no in-app casino area for players to play on, which is certainly a small downside of the app.
Whilst solutions are shown when loading the website, it is something that can be added in the near future. An unfortunate, if only slight, downfall of the app, considering most betting apps are now an 'all-in-one' product.
Accessing Kwiff’s Customer Support areas is very simple to do. Once logged into your account, tap the profile icon in the top right corner, and then tap the box shown in the top left of the menu.
Doing this will bring you to the 'Help' area of the site, where the FAQ, Contact and About sections are shown, as well as bringing up the site's Responsible Gambling area. Thankfully, this area is not cluttered, with each option taking you to another area.
The FAQ area, unfortunately, is displayed in a list and there is no search option available, which is certainly a bit poor. It's not horrendous, though, as each topic, such as 'Safer Gambling', 'Cash Out' and general queries each has its own section.
Furthermore, the 'Contact' section offers two options: Live chat or Email, and when testing the former, we were connected to a Chatbot, though we could request to speak to an advisor easily, which was a help.
As betting apps go, I think there are very few that will offer an experience like Kwiff's. From the off, the interface is really nice, and immediately, you can tell the main selling point of the app: the Kwiff Boost which does draw you in.
The markets are easily accessible, quick to navigate and with good depth, meaning selections can be made at a decent pace, which is always a benefit to using a mobile app, I find.
Considering it is a name that many may not be familiar with prior to joining the site, I think the app is certainly a worthwhile option at present. It fits very easily into the market and actually represents a lot of what punters want.
