BetRegal is a new betting site, first launching in late 2017 to offer a fair and safe gaming experience.

They are fully licensed in the UK while offering a top of line security to keep all sensitive data secure.

BetRegal claims that they offer the most value possible to their customers while offering low margins and top-of-the-line customer service.

Promotions and Rewards

Sadly, BetRegal only has sign up offers on their promotions page at the time of this review.

This will have to improve if they truly want to compete within the UK market. If their betting margins are as low as they say, there might still be value in their sportsbook.

But, it would be great to see promotions for existing customers, including the basic Acca insurances, free bet clubs and more.

Appearance and Navigation

Firstly, BetRegal is not a fast betting site. The loading times are quite painful, but many betting sites suffer from poor loading speeds. However, the sportsbook certainly looks the part when it finally loads up.

BetRegal utilises a great colour scheme that is easy on the eyes and user-friendly. Information is clear and neatly presented in an easy-to-read layout. We have no complaints with their design asides from the long loading times.

Navigating the BetRegal site is straightforward and painless (asides from the loading times). You will find a search bar and quick links (to sports and popular events) all down the left-hand side of the page.

The middle of the page has links to the highlights of the day, live events, events starting soon and all of the day's events. Overall, we are impressed with the site's design but the loading times are a pain.

Betting Markets

BetRegal has over 35 different sports for you to choose from, with a wide range of markets in most sports.

You will find fast markets in several different sports including football and tennis. Also, BetRegal has all the popular markets on the site, with the most popular football events featuring over 100 different markets.

The Horse Racing and Greyhounds sections are mostly limited to UK and Irish racing with very few international races at the time of this review.

Live Betting and Streaming

BetRegal has a simplistic and user-friendly live betting section. You can view three different sections, the Overview, Event View or In-play Schedule.

The overview is the default page, showing all the live events organised by sport.

Then, you can pick an event you want to look at further which will take you into the event viewer. You can still see events on the left-hand side of the page, with the events markets, match tracker and betting slip covering the rest.

Finally, their Live Schedule shows all the upcoming events by their starting time, but you can filter through the sports or days of your choice. Alternatively, you can manually search for an event of your choice.

BetRegal does not have any live streaming service, but it does have a great in-play betting product with some great fast markets available.

Customer Service

BetRegal has great customer service with a team available seven days a week from 06:00 to 23:00 GMT. It would be great to see a 24/7 support service, but the opening hours are still quite fair. You can contact their support service through Email, Phone or Live Chat.

BetRegal Conclusion

In conclusion, BetRegal is a great new betting site, with a fantastic design (albeit slow) and a massive range of sports and markets on offer. But, they do not have any promotions or offers for existing customers or a 24/7 customer support service.

We recommend BetRegal as a great bookmaker for their low betting margins and fresh design, but we would like to see the site's loading times drastically improve. It can be quite frustrating as navigation takes much longer than it should.
