Mobilebet

Avoid. MobileBet is no longer operating in the UK

Founded in 2014 and as the name may suggest, Mobilebet has a focus on their mobile betting platform. It has a stunning design, in-fact, one of our favourite here at BettingLounge.

You will find an impressive array of sports and a huge amount of markets to bet on and a brilliant rewards scheme.

Mobilebet UK Review (2024)

Mobilebet is part of the ComeOn brand that has recently left the UK market.

See our full list of UK betting sites if you are after an active, and licensed bookmaker.

With a name like Mobilebet, you may think it only focuses on mobile betting. However, they have a well-developed website creating a fun environment for both platforms.

Promotions and Rewards

In addition to the Welcome offer, Mobilebet offers weekly sports promotions. You can check them on the "promotions" page on their website.

Mobilebet has a blog, in which you can read daily match previews and tips. This is a nice addition for anyone looking at gathering information for a bet.

In terms of rewards, there is a cool and innovative scheme in place. Everything that you do on the site gets you points. Simply logging in, betting, a deposit or even withdrawing will all earn you points. With these points, you can turn them into free bets or build them up to use in their shop.

Appearance and Navigation

First things first, the website runs a little slow. There are noticeable delays when first opening and navigating through the site. In spite of this, the front page is clean and slick and there is a lack of clutter on the site which is always appreciated.

The colour scheme makes it fairly easy to read and understand the content on the page. It could be said that writing can be somewhat small at times. But the white writing on black or grey background makes it easy enough. The key information like scores and the time of the game is highlighted in nice neon green, perfect for fast and easy reading.

You will find an A-Z sports on the left-hand side of the page and in the middle is the latest in play, upcoming games, and highlights of the day.

Whilst navigating to find other sports or leagues that are not featured on the front page. It is again noticeable how fluid the movement around the site is. After clicking "Football" on the left-hand side you are met with subcategories by country.  Then when clicking on the country you are led to the leagues/competitions available.

Betting Markets

As you expect Mobilebet offers popular sporting options including football, darts, tennis, etc. However, there is also great coverage of the less popular sporting options like chess, futsal and Gaelic hurling to name a few.

Overall there is a wide variety of sports offered that would please any customer, furthermore the easy to navigate website makes it quick and painless when searching for the desired sport/market.

Whilst focusing on the more popular football market, Mobilebet have a fantastic amount of leagues/competitions available. Ranging from the big leagues like the Premier League or Argentian Primera D. You are sure to find the game you want to bet on.

Live Betting and Streaming

Mobilebet has a very similar live betting layout utilising the same type of infographic, statistics and in-play options that most, if not all offer.

However, we were impressed at the sheer amount of in-play betting options, on even the most obscure leagues and games. This is more so in the football markets, but still very impressive.

At the time of browsing their in-play markets, the Japan J-League Cup was on. Again this is a fairly obscure league to be looking at, but even so, there were over 90 different markets to choose from. Which is amazing considering the niche league that it is.

Mobilebet also has a cool feature called "Fast Markets". This is available in multiple sports and is an exciting way to live bet. Essentially you have these markets that you can bet on during the live event. For example, you can bet on markets "in the next 1 minute" or "in the next 5 minutes". Inside these markets, you have goals, free kicks, corners and many more to choose from. Adding real excitement to the smallest outcomes in a game.

As far as we can see, there is no live footage of any sports. This would be a necessary addition to stay competitive with other big companies like Unibet or William Hill.

MobileBet App Review

Their name certainly comes with some expectation for their mobile platform. The betting app and mobile site have the same design and layout which is great for all devices and preferences.

They are both fast and reliable to use with a stunning design that we love. You will see two menu tabs, one at the top left and bottom left.

The top left has the casino, sports, shop and customer support. The customer support is an external link to your browser with a live chat, email and FAQ’s page. The bottom left has an A-Z sports list, live events, schedule, results and more.

Whilst betting in-play you can get access to fast markets on select events as well as a cash-out feature. The layout is great and user-friendly allowing for quick bet selection.

There can be some issues when clicking back from an event. If you click on the back button it will send you back to the top left menu page which can be quite annoying. On some, you cannot avoid clicking the arrow to go back. But occasionally you can click on “home” if the option is there.

In conclusion, Mobilebet has a great mobile platform that can work well on all devices whether you download the app or use the mobile betting site. The back button error is the only issue we could find which is more of an annoyance than a major problem.

Customer Service

Mobilebet's customer service is located in a neon green "?" to the right of the page. We feel like they could advertise it better, but it's clear enough to see. Inside they have several different ways of providing customer service.

  • Live chat service- Open from 9am-21:00
  • Email service- Usually replies with 24hrs
  • FAQ's section

Overall it is adequate customer service, it would, however, be beneficial to provide 24/7 support to emulate award-winning services like Betsson.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the website starts off slow. Loading times seem to be longer than average. However, as soon as the page is loaded, Mobilbets true brilliance is clear to be seen.

An easy to navigate website with thousands of diverse markets to choose from. Including the smallest of sports and leagues/competitions out there.

For anyone looking at betting on a wide variety of different sports/markets, this is the website for you. Combined with a brilliant rewards scheme you just cannot go wrong.
