Mansionbet really is the new kid on the block. Launched in early 2018 it has already made quite an impact. You may recognise the name as principal sponsors of AFC Bournemouth, or just by chance, come across their fresh looking website. If not, you are in for a treat.

Promotions and Rewards
Mansionbet is only a few months old, however, they have some decent promotions and rewards in place
- Acca Boost-Look out for the gift symbol on your bet slip when you make 5 selections or more. T&C’s Apply 18+
- The Mansion Bet Acca Club-Join the club and receive 50% of your stake back in free bets every week. T&C’s Apply 18+
- Cash Out-With full and partial cash out available before your bet reaches its natural conclusion. T&C’s Apply 18+
As Mansionbet is still so young. There is some room for improvement in the promotions department. Almost all sites have a cash out option however they list it under the promotions. It should be standard to have the cash out feature. Again the site is only a few months old so I can’t be too critical, I am impressed with the “Bet Acca Club” and “Acca Boost”. Placing Acca’s is a big part of modern-day betting. It’s good to see a site dedicate and reward its customers for placing such bets.
Appearance and Navigation
At first glance, Mansionbet has a sleek and simplistic view. I am a fan of less clutter on betting sites, I want information to be quick and easy to find. Like many other sites, Mansionbet has the live games in the middle of the site. Similarly the links to sports, events and leagues all down the left-hand side. Even though the design is similar to many others, Mansionbet has refined it to greater effect. At the top, you have a search bar for when you know exactly what you want to find. A search bar may sound so simple but many competitors sadly lack one. Furthermore, there is a featured links section below, again extremely helpful to find the more popular events. If you just fancy a browse of the markets, as previously said all the links are down the left-hand side.
In terms of the colouring, I like the Mansionbet look. I never find myself having to squint (not even slightly) to see or understand the information on the screen. Trust me whilst reviewing other sites in the past, it has been an issue. Either too much clutter, too small text or just colours that blend to others. I can safely say Mansionbet do not have this as an issue.
Mansionbet has 30,000+ live events every month. In addition, 30+ sports available with a ton of different markets to choose from. From the big sports like Football, Horse Racing, tennis etc. To the smaller sports like Futsal, Gaelic hurling and many more. All of your sporting needs will be available on this sleek and smoothly designed site. In terms of the markets available, we will take a look at the Football section.
Now to take a look at the Football section. As an example, I will take a look at the markets offered in a game today. Chelsea vs Huddersfield has well over 130 different markets to bet on pre-game. Now it is more common to have that wide amount of markets for the big games, it is less common in the smaller leagues. With this in mind, I took a look at the in play markets to see what they had to offer at the time. I came to the Campionato Primavera in Italy. Featuring an under 19’s Chievo vs Sassuolo. In this, I was amazed to see over 50 different markets to bet on. There is some serious depth to the betting markets on Mansionbet. They may just be two examples, however, I am sure the betting markets on Mansionbet should be more than enough to satisfy the average gambler.
Live Betting and Streaming
As previously mentioned, the live betting can be seen in the middle of the screen. To start, it is for all sports currently live, if you want to choose one of the sports you can simply click on the desired sport via the easy to find tabs.
Once you find your desired game, you are greeted with an all too familiar layout for in play betting. The infographic to the right, with stats and other information. I do like that there is a small form guide for their previous 5 games. In terms of live streaming footage, Mansionbet is yet to embrace such technology. Its a shame as it really improves the live betting experience, however, they add some excitement using something called “Fast Markets”. In fast markets, you have the opportunity to bet on events happening in the next minute or 5 minutes. For example, you can bet on a corner to be in the next 5 minutes. Or a goal to be scored in the next minute. If you love the thrill of live betting, this is a great addition to mix it up and really get you excited for the few minutes the bet is running.
Mansionbet’s customer service is annoyingly tucked away. On most sites, it’s usually somewhere to be seen at the top of the page. Here, however, I could only find a “Contact Us” option at the very bottom of the page. This is something they may need to look at improving.
- Email service open from 9:00 am to 1:00 am (UK Time)
- Phone service, however, it does not state if its a free call and what times they are open
For me, this is one of the only downsides to Mansionbet. There is definitely some room for improvement in the customer service. Firstly make it more accessible to find. Secondly introduce a 24/7 service, potentially live chat as many other competitors offer.
In conclusion, I am very impressed with Mansionbet. Bearing in mind the site is only a few months old it has a lot to offer. Thousands of live events every month, including the smaller sports. Hundreds of betting markets to choose from again including the smaller sports. They give a real sense of variety and choice for betting. There are some area’s of improvement, a better customer service. Including live footage for betting would be a plus. But overall I am thoroughly impressed with Mansionbet. In the near future when it irons out a few of its issues, it could become a major player in the sportsbook world.
