    Very similar to others who have posted here.

    Opened an account sunday, they were very happy to take my deposit and allow me to place my first bet. Which won, account balance £167.

    On trying to withdraw my funds, the seemingly usual message appears – “your account has been temporarily restricted pending a routine security investigation”.

    As others have mentioned, it says this usually takes a few minutes. Or you will receive an email outlining documents you need to send.

    I got the email. Sent all my documents, by both email and using the online message form. Twice.

    Zero response from anybody, despite my sending maybe 10 emails and online messages and replies to the one email they had sent me.

    4 days in now, account still locked. Complained to the gambling commission and copied Betstars UK in. No reply. The only response was when I complained via Resolver. Apparently in complex situations it can take a while to process my ID documents.

    I can assure readers that I am not a russian gangster and there is nothing remotely complex about me or my account.

    Have replied 4 times to the Resolver message over 24 hours – nothing. So submitted a second Resolver complaint and we will see.

    Then they send me two emails telling me to use my free bets – I cant because they will not unlock my account!

    Absolute shambles of a company. AVOID. If I could give zero stars it would be a nice round zero
