Introducing BetBright

In 2013 BetBright was born creating a new betting platform which operates under a UK Gambling Commission bookmaker’s licence.

It is proud of its first-class reputation, as well as its top sports experts who form part of the group. They strive to give players what they want by making all the sports sections easy to navigate and fun to bet on.

Promotions and Rewards

As BetBright is still fairly new, there are only a small amount of promotions available. However, they have many different sports in their promotions instead of just Football so that is a welcome change. With all promotions, it seems like you have to manually opt-in so don't forget to do so.

Golf Acca Insurance- Pre-game bets only, minimum of 4 legs on 2 or 3 ball markets are eligible for a free bet if it loses by 1 leg. (PGA Tour & European Tour) T&C’s Apply 18+

All Flat Racing Today- Free bet if your horse finishes 2nd by a head or less. (Only on the day of reviewing)  T&C’s Apply 18+

If you want sites with plenty of promotions and offers, check out BoyleSports or Betfred.

Appearance and Navigation

BetBright has one of the most unique designs I have come across while reviewing many different sportsbooks. They use only a fraction of the webpage centring all their information. While it is refreshing to see barely any clutter on their site, it strange to have a mobile fit site for their desktop site. The fonts for the sports are rather small so it's a good thing they have a picture to make it clearer. The colour design is clear enough for the sub-headings, but again I struggle to see the main bulk of the information.

Navigation at first seems slower than most other sites, also the pages seem to be different for every sport. Tennis and Horse Racing are laid out clearly with informative sub-headings based on the competition. However, Football is just one long list with no subheadings categorising the content. It seems rather bizarre to layout the site in this way but again they are relatively new so I can't be too critical.

Overall, I love the design of the Horse Racing and Tennis sections. But I would like to see that carried over with other sports too, especially Football, as its one of the most popular sports to bet on.

Betting Markets

At first glance, it is noticeable that BetBright doesn't offer the same amount of sports and markets as most of the bigger companies like Unibet or William Hill. However, this should be no issue for the average gambler as most of the popular sports and markets are present. There seems to be an emphasis towards Horse Racing and Greyhounds, so if these are the markets you want this site is for you. In fact, those two markets are really good, easily better than some of the bigger sportsbooks.

The sports include Football, Horse Racing, Tennis, Golf, American Football, Basketball, Baseball, Boxing, Darts, Ice Hockey, Cricket, Motor Racing, Greyhound Racing, Rugby Union and League, Snooker, and more. That being said, the betting markets in these sports are certainly limited when compared to most.

Live Betting and Streaming

The issue of no sub-headings categorising the games is not a problem when it comes to in-play betting. Everything is organised clearly, which makes me wonder why they haven't done the same for pre-game betting. Again, the markets are only very basic, not a huge amount of depth to them. But for the average punter, this will be more than enough.

Some customisation of your bet can go too far and just clutter your screen with markets you have no care for. However, BetBright has handy quick link tabs to show just the markets you are after, a nice addition making in-play betting fast and easy.

At the time of this review, you can live stream Horse Racing if you log in and have a min £1 bet on the race.

Mobile Betting

As previously mentioned, BetBright has a mobile-looking site for their desktop. Which is great for anyone transitioning from their computer to their devices because the designs are exactly the same.

At least on mobile, the design suits the device's smaller size and looks great. The information is clear and crisp and the navigation is fluid and user-friendly. You can even get four different app only promotions at the time of this review so it's worthwhile trying out the app.

The customer support works great on the mobile site but sadly its an external link from the app and fairly difficult to find. If you scroll to the bottom you will see a help and support section, then a get in touch link, and finally, a contact us link to reach their support. Here you can use live chat, phone or email from 8am-12pm.

Using BetBright on your devices will be much easier than on your desktop. Both mobile platforms are great so it simply depends on your device or preference.

Customer Support

You can contact Betbright by their customer support chat or phone service from 8:00 am to midnight 7 days a week, as well as an email address. The chat and phone operators are ready on standby to help with any queries you may have regarding operating your account, placing a bet, the bonus features, your winnings, or any of the sports games on offer.

There is also support in the form of the Most Popular FAQ's. These cover 5 pages and give very clear straightforward guidance to a host of questions.

BetBright Conclusion

In summary, the BetBright sports betting platform is unique and generously balanced between the sports it offers. The sports betting bonuses are very generous, and some are continuous. The customer support service is very comprehensive and is set up to help players in every way possible.

However, the markets and sports available could do with some more depth, but this is okay for the average punter. All in all, they provide a very respectable service and prove worthy of your time.
