I have been their customer for years. I have always got my payments (after waiting a few days). I havent won anything major tho. Their live betting is amazing. Its easy and fast to make a deposit and withdrawal request.

Saw some bad reviews on trustpilot a while back but thought I would give the UK site a try. Experience has been much better than expected and no issues withdrawing a little bit of my winnings.Much better sites out there but I am yet to be limited so theres that.
