Avoid. 21Bet is no longer active in the UK

21Bet was founded in 2016 and has gone for a great simplistic design for their sportsbook. You will find plenty of awesome promotions as a new and existing customer.
Their customer service is amazing, providing 24/7 support all year round including the holidays such as Easter and Christmas.

21Bet Is No Longer Active

21Bet launched back in 2016 but closed down in early 2019. Instead, compare our list of the 10 best online betting sites in the UK with free bets & sign-up offers worth over £2000!

Introducing 21Bet

21Bet is a special gaming and sports betting program. It features an exciting new betting site for Football, Horse racing, Greyhounds, Rugby Union, and Tennis. It is also a fantastic way to play a superb range of games you already enjoy, as well as trying out new ones.

The rapidly growing 21bet brand stands way ahead of other gaming programs. It contains state of the art gaming software, a top-level experience and an assortment of regular bonuses to give you a chance to make more money.

21Bet offers a secure, encrypted, and fair environment, and the hugely popular sportsbook offers some of the market's best odds. This includes all in-play action as well.

21Bet follow their incredible welcome offer with a huge variety of promotions available. I will only mention their Sportsbook promotions and rewards in this review.

This is an opt-in only promotion, to do so email  "support-eng@21bet.com"  with your username and the subject line ‘World Cup’. (T&C's Apply 18+)

Trebles+ Football Promotion- 21% bonus on winnings on all trebles on the Premier League, La Liga, and many more. If all your teams are all winning by halftime. (T&C's Apply 18+)

Score Draw Money Back- Place a first player to score or correct score bet on any Premier League, La Liga and many more. Even if it loses you can still get up to £25 back. (T&C's Apply 18+)

21Bet Club- An invite-only exclusive club for customers that meet the requirements. (T&C's Apply 18+)

Appearance and Navigation

The 21Bet design is simplistic but clear and easy to navigate. Firstly, it is in no way the prettiest of sites but its extremely functional.

Secondly, in the same fashion as other competitors. The list of sports is in a drop-down box to the left with the quick links along the top of the page.

In spite of the similarities, we noticed how fluid the navigation around the site felt. Everything was an easy click or mouse movement away which is always a plus.

However, they do have a list of the "All Competitions" but you need to scroll down and look at the right-hand side of the site. In fact, it's in quite a poor place with it being fairly hard to locate.

Live Betting and Streaming

21Bet has a respectable 20+ sports to choose from with most of the popular sports and a few niche sports in the mix.

In spite of this their market depth leaves a lot to be desired. We can only see 47 markets for pre-game betting in the Europa League final. On average you can expect to see well over 100+ different markets for pre-game betting. Hence a slight bit of disappointment in terms of choice whilst looking for a bet.

With Live Betting, there seems to be a little bit of improvement. All the expected markets are there to be seen, although it would be great to see a bit more depth.

Be that as it may, 21Bet has a pretty awesome infographic filled with tons of information when live betting. You can find the typical event stats and event incidents. However, you also have access to the League Table, Top Scorers, Card stats, previous form and head to head stats and many more. At the time of this review, we can see no live streaming options.

In conclusion, the information provided in the infographic goes a long way. But the market depth is an issue that needs improving along with a live streaming feature. A better alternative for live streaming could be Unibet or for more depth William Hill.

21Bet App Review

21Bet has a few issues on both their mobile platforms. You will most likely encounter bugs like links not loading or being extremely slow or sometimes taking you to the wrong page altogether.

If possible use their desktop site. But, if you only have access through your device the mobile site is the better option. Firstly, you can get access to a menu and their customer service.

Secondly, the app only has an image of the sport on their live section whereas the site has the name of the sport and the image. It may sound trivial but it makes all the difference when skimming through their live section.

Lastly, the mobile site is easier to navigate and uses a much better design than the app. That being said, both have similar bugs and loading issues whereas their desktop site runs a lot smoother.

Customer Service

The 21Bet Support Service is second to none. Players can speak to a live agent's 24/7 including holidays such as Easter and Christmas. They offer a very friendly, personalized service, and all you have to do to get started is to go to chat and enter your name and email.

21Bet Conclusion

21Bet has an exceptional amount of promotions rewarding both new and existing customers. In the Sportsbook, it combines these great promotions and awesome welcome offer to provide an exciting and potentially profitable experience.

The design is simple and easy to navigate but we can't help but wish for more market depth when betting in-play and pre-game. Also adding live streaming would be a great feature. 21Bet is only two years old, but it leaves a lasting impression as a solid Sportsbook.
