Yankee Bets

A Yankee bet is a 4 selection betting wager that consists of 11 different bets, 6 doubles, 4 trebles, and a 4-fold accumulator. As there are no single bets in a Yankee, you will need two or more winning selections to guarantee a return from this wager. But, it may not be more than your initial stake depending on the odds of your selections.

Yankee bets are available on almost all UK betting sites and are mostly used on popular horse racing betting sites. However, you can also place Yankee bets on football, ice hockey, and most other sports. Also, you can place win only, or each way Yankee bets for racing events.

To place a Yankee bet, first head over to your preferred bookmaker, and our top ten list for football punters can perhaps be of guidance. You will then need to pick four selections from different events and enter your stake in the "Yankee bet" section on your bet slip.

Remember, a Yankee bet will cost 11x your stake, as you are placing 11 different bets. For example, a £1 Yankee bet will cost £11 in total. Use this free Yankee bet calculator to work out your returns.
