William Hill | £62.10 return | Bet |
A slight change in our tips for tonight, these are two singles, but we also recommend combining the double at 6.21 with William Hill!
The referee for tonight’s game in Paris is Damir Skomina, an experienced Slovenian referee. He has averaged 4.67 yellow cards in each of his three Champions League games this season, and I see this game following that trend.
PSG are pretty decent at home, but I think United will frustrate them tonight, and they tend to accumulate yellow cards more often in the CL, with 15 in their last seven games. They accumulated four yellow cards in the reverse fixture, and I do not see that changing tonight.
Meanwhile, United received six cards last time out, and they will likely feel the frustration and emotions in tonight’s game. Mbappe will likely draw a number of cards himself, with his speed and skill a nightmare for defenders.
Damir Skomina is certainly not card shy, and I see a high number of cards tonight, and hopefully two or more for each team.
The over one goal should be fairly simple in this match, United will have to press to get goals, and that will likely leave them open at the back, where PSG are quite prolific even against defensive teams.
The over seven corners should also land quite comfortably, with PSG averaging 10.88 corners a game, and United averaging 10.34 corners. Although the last match did see just eight corners, I see more urgency from United leading to corners at both ends.
I can see Porto going through in this match, but Roma are more than capable of scoring a goal in this match. Roma failed to score in their heated derby, away at Lazio last time out.
But, they have scored ten goals in the four away games before that. Scoring is often not Roma’s problem, but their defense is their downfall.
Both teams scoring looks quite likely in this match, and both teams should be able to accumulate three or more corners in this match.
Porto average 10.04 corners a match with them averaging 5.71 at home and the away team averaging 4.84.
Meanwhile, Roma average 12.58 corners on the road, with the home team averaging 5.72 and the away team averaging 4.97.
For the odds and stats, there is certainly value in both bets!
