Slovakia v Croatia06/09/2019 19:45
We head to Scotland to start, and I think Russia will get a result in this match, but Scotland are not going to roll over in their home turf.
Scotland have won two and lost two so far in the Euro 2020 qualifiers, but they have won the only home game, beating Cyprus 2-1.
Also, Scotland have scored at least one goal in their last four games and they come up against a Russian side that are not the best at keeping a clean sheet on the road.
Russia are playing well in the qualifiers so far, winning three while only losing away to Belgium, but they did manage a goal there too.
They have scored 15 goals in those four games, albeit nine against San Marino. But, I do see them scoring a goal or two tonight against a Scotland team that has conceded nine in their first four games.
However, Russia do not always travel well, and they have kept just one clean sheet in their last seven international away matches.
Another game I see great value in for both teams scoring. Slovakia are playing some good football in recent games, winning three and losing one and their home record is pretty strong.
Slovakia have scored in all of their last 14 home games while netting 15 goals in their last five.
But, they will be in for a tough test against a solid Croatian side.
Croatia have had mixed success in recent games, losing three and winning two of their last five games. But, they have seen both teams score in their last seven games in a row!
Slovakia are a capable side in defence, but they have conceded at least one goal in six of their last eight home games, and I see Croatia getting a goal tonight.
But, I also see Slovakia continuing their impressive home scoring record.
