Sweden v Malta07/06/2019 19:45
|Under 3.5 Goals|
Malta will likely come to Sweden with a defensive set up in mind, and I see good value in them keeping the score low. Malta managed to keep Spain down to 2-0 in their last game and won their first game 2-1 against the Faroe Islands.
Sweden have seen two uncharacteristic high scoring games in a row, with their last match finishing 3-3 away in Norway, and 2-1 at home against Romania.
I can see Sweden getting a win in this game, but I do not see them racking up the goals. They have scored more than two goals just once of their last 17 home games.
But, I do see them keeping a clean sheet against a Malta side that I see struggling to get the ball for most of this game.
Sweden have been a bit shaky at the back in recent games, but they are a disciplined side that defends as one big unit, and they shouldn’t have too many issues keeping a clean sheet tonight.
The Swedes have seen under 3.5 goals in 13 of their last 15 home games, and I see good value in it landing tonight at 21/20!
