England v Czech Republic – England -1 handicap

Come on then England! I am expecting a big show from the boys tonight, and this should be a fairly routine home victory.

We are certainly favourites to top this qualifying group, with the Czech Republic being our hardest opposition, along with Bulgaria, Montenegro, and Kosovo.

A win here will be just the start we are looking for, and I can see us getting the job done.

We come off the back of topping the UEFA Nation’s League group, and we have won four of our last five matches.

Asides from our 2-1 loss to Spain at Wembley, the home record is very strong for England, and I see us winning and potentially keeping a clean sheet tonight.

The Czech Republic are not a bad team at all, winning three of their last five games while losing two.

But, I do think they will struggle to contain us tonight, with plenty of in-form, attacking talent on show for England.

A -1 handicap is slightly risky, and I see us winning 2-0/3-0 tonight, but there is certainly value at 10/11.

Let’s hope for a good first game to kick off our Euro 2020 qualifying campaign.

Luxembourg v Lithuania – Luxembourg draw no bet

On to a fairly stat based pick in this one. To be perfectly honest, I could name barely any players in both of these teams.

But, there is value in Luxembourg’s form compared to Lithuania.

Luxembourg have hit a bit of form at home, winning three, drawing one and losing one in their last five.

Now, this may not sound too impressive but it is when compared to Lithuania, who have lost their last eight games in a row.

Luxembourg have only lost two of their last 11 home games while winning seven of those games.

Lithuania lost all of their Nations League matches while only scoring three goals and conceding 16 in the process.

I expect this poor form to continue in tonight’s match, and the draw no bet is there to cover us.
