Fulham v Man United – Betting Tips and Preview

Fulham v Man United – Sat 9th Feb, 12:30, Craven Cottage
Referee: Paul Tierney
Is there a potential early kick-off shock on the cards in this match? Fulham won their last home match 4-2 against Brighton, but they have lost four of their last five including a 2-0 loss on the road against Crystal Palace last time out.
Meanwhile, United bounced back from their 2-2 draw against Burnley to win 1-0 on the road against Leicester. They are still one of the most inform teams in the league right now, and it is hard to look past them.
Man United have been particularly impressive on the road since Ole Gunnar took charge with five consecutive wins on the road. If they get three points in this match, it will be their best away winning streak since 2009!
Fulham are a tougher team to beat at home though, with two wins, one draw and two losses in their last five games. Also, Aleksandar Mitrovic (Fulham’s top goalscorer) is the most prolific at Craven Cottage, scoring eight of his last ten goals on home turf.
Fulham have scored in 6 of their last 7 Premier League matches while scoring in 9 of their 12 home games this season. But, United have started to tighten up their defence with three clean sheets in a row on the road, against Spurs, Newcastle and Leicester.
However, United have seen both teams score in their last six home matches in a row, while seeing it land in two of their five away games.
Betting Tips
Firstly, Fulham are 19/4 to win, the draw is 10/3 and a Man United win is 11/17.
United do have good value for the win at 11/17, but I would want a little bit better odds for an early kickoff. I know United have kept three clean sheets in their last three away matches, but I do see Fulham getting a goal in this one. United to win and BTTS is best priced at 43/20 with 888sport!
As a longshot, I like the look of Rashford to score anytime, and United win 3-1 which is best priced at 44/1. Rashford has scored five goals in his last six games and I can see him getting a goal or two this Saturday.
