Arsenal v Huddersfield – Match Preview and Betting Tips

Arsenal v Huddersfield – Sat 8th Dec, 15:00, Emirates Stadium
The Gunners are now unbeaten in their last 13 Premier League games, but they have drawn three of their last five matches. Can Huddersfield get anything from this game? I do not think so. The Terriers have lost their last two Premier League matches to Brighton and Bournemouth.
But, their record on the road is pretty poor as they travel to the Emirates this Saturday. Huddersfield have won just one match on the road this season while drawing two and losing four.
They can sometimes be difficult to break down, and Arsenal are yet to be leading in any match at halftime in the league this season. But, it should still be a routine home win for the Gunners.
Arsenal have really impressed me under Emery. Their North London derby win against Spurs was one of my favourite games of the season so far. Simply, they are playing attractive football, but still having slight issues at the back, which is great for the neutrals.
The Gunners have seen both teams score in their last eight Premier League matches in a row while Huddersfield have scored in their last five matches in a row. Including a goal in all but one of their matches on the road this season.
Huddersfield have struggled against Arsenal since their promotion, losing all three meetings while scoring just one goal and conceding eight. I seem them struggling again this Saturday as this free-scoring Arsenal team come up against a fairly weak Huddersfield defence.
Arsenal have the second-best attack in the league this season, scoring 34 goals to an average of 2.27 a match. Huddersfield have the fifth-worst defence while conceding 26 goals to an average of 1.73 a match.
Betting Tips
Firstly, Arsenal are 3/10 for the win, the draw is 26/5 and a Huddersfield win is 12/1 with Betfair!
Huddersfield have played a lot better in their last three games, including an impressive away win against Wolves. I can see them getting on the scoresheet again on Saturday, but I fancy an Arsenal win. BTTS Arsenal win is best priced at 37/20 with BetStars.
Arsenal continue to be a second-half team while drawing or losing at halftime in all of their games so far. I like the look of Arsenal to score over 1.5 goals in the second half which is best priced at 27/20 with Royal Panda.
