Man City v Bournemouth – Match Preview and Betting Tips

Man City v Bournemouth – Sat 1st Dec, 15:00, Etihad Stadium
Referee: Stuart Attwell
Can the unbeaten leaders of the Premier League make it six league victories in a row? It looks likely as the Cherries are currently struggling with three losses in a row.
Also, Man City have won all six of their Premier League matches against Bournemouth while scoring 21 goals and conceding just two! It is not a pretty statistic for Bournemouth fans.
The Cherries have lost their last three matches in a row to a 2-1 scoreline, and they have played well in those defeats. But, they will struggle against this brilliant City team that can score goals from all over the pitch.
Bournemouth’s away record has been fairly inconsistent, with three wins and three losses so far. They won 3-0 and 4-0 against Watford and Fulham before losing 2-1 against Newcastle in their last away match.
Man City come off the back of a well deserved 2-2 draw against a Lyon team that played very well in the Champions League. But, they will look to get back to winning ways today as their form at the Etihad has been pretty remarkable under Pep.
City have won their first six Premier League home matches while scoring a whopping 27 goals and conceding just five goals. The Cherries have scored in their last three away games to a total of eight goals, but they will struggle against this City team that are looking better in defence this season.
Man City’s goals per match is now up to an impressive 3.08 for their 40 goals this season as they look pretty unstoppable right now. Raheem Sterling loves a goal against Bournemouth after scoring in his last five appearances in a row against the Cherries.
Betting Tips
There is no value in the City win which is priced at 1/9, the draw is 10/1 and a Bournemouth win is 30/1 with Betfair!! I mean Bournemouth are not a bad team so 30/1 is just crazy! If you fancy a shock, get in on those odds.
Well, Raheem Sterling is best priced at 10/11 to score a goal but there isn’t a huge amount of value in that bet. In fact, I can find barely any value in this match so it could be best to leave it out of your bets. Unless you fancy Bournemouth!
